How do I book a seat or table if I am a Finalist?
All finalists are entitled to ONE FREE SEAT – regardless of the number of awards for which you are shortlisted.
Follow this easy step-by-step ticket purchase procedure as normal:
1. When it asks you for delivery address click “Choose a different delivery address”
2. Please write the name of your company and the word FINALIST in capital letters.
3. Then choose the number of tickets you need to pay for.
4. We will know you are a finalist and automatically ADD an extra seat for you!
So, if you are a finalist and wish to purchase a table of TEN, then select NINE seats and you we will send you TEN tickets.
Can I have a table bigger than Ten?
Quite possibly. We will do our best. Email us on bahba@midnight.co.uk

How will I know you have received my booking?
We will send you an email to confirm your booking.
How will I receive my tickets for the event?
Your tickets will be sent in the post 3-5 business days after your payment is received. We will send your ticket(s) to the address supplied during the online booking process.
Can I get a refund for tickets I’ve booked?
Midnight is prepared to give refunds up to 72 hours prior to the day of the event. To receive a refund for your ticket(s), you must put your request in writing to The 2008 BAHBA team by emailing BAHBA@midnight.co.uk.
Privacy Policy
During the buying process your name and organisation, including contact and mailing details will be collected to process your ticket order. Midnight Communications does not disclose this information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. All credit card details will be shredded once payment is processed.
